the pathfinding in that puts C&C to shame
meet the Aves web engine
im going to totally ignore the fact the demonstrator is using apple and continue to try and hold my gaping jaw shut.

did you see how smoothly that rendered the real- time editing, or how the 50 npcs communicated and navigated successfully around each other with ease?

none of this is based on flash software either: it is built to be loaded into HTML5

it actually looks better than CnC4, also the pathfinding in CnC has never been good, pong puts the pathfinding in CnC to shame ffs

this is a simple engine demonstration.

however whats special about it is that its built from a combination of C++ and HTML5.

didn't you notice the power of the engine?
how lag- free the communication is with real- worl development, and how the engine was generating everything real- world. without flash, this was previously impossible to feature in a browser- based game

yeah. drawing space. when he stopped scrolling though, the engine was quick to fill the gaps.
